How is my artwork packaged?

Each piece is carefully packaged to ensure it reaches you in the best possible condition.
Framed/Wrapped Canvas Prints and Framed Fine Art Prints are securely packed in a protective box, with reinforced corners and either bubble wrap or kraft paper to keep the artwork safe during transit.
Fine Art Prints are packaged differently depending on the size of the print and the country it is produced and shipped from.
Standard packaging for fine art prints:
- Flat packaging for prints up to A4
- Protective tubes for prints above A4
Packaging may vary by country:
- Mailing tubes: DK, DE, NO, CH, FR, UK, AU, SG, NL, BE, AT
- Triangular or rectangular tubes: US, Canada, Brazil
Where are your products manufactured?

All NL Arts artworks are originally hand painted in the UK and professionally printed through carefully selected production partners in multiple countries.
For each order, the fulfillment location is chosen at the time of purchase to ensure the best quality and most efficient delivery. In most cases, your order is produced at the facility closest to you.
Occasionally, due to factors such as availability or production requirements, an order may be fulfilled internationally, even if a local production facility is available.
When will I get my order?

Each artwork is made to order. Production usually takes 2–5 business days.
Shipping times vary by location, usually taking 2–7 business days within the UK and Europe, and 5–14 business days internationally. You’ll receive tracking details once your order is on its way.
What’s the difference between a canvas and a fine art print?

Wrapped Canvas
A beautifully textured canvas that enhances the artwork’s natural depth and presence. The image is carefully stretched around the edges for a seamless, immersive finish.
Crafted using FSC-certified wood stretcher bars and a durable cotton-polyester blend canvas (300–350 gsm, 350–400 microns).
Framed Canvas
A timeless sturdy wooden floating framed canvas designed to elevate your space. The rich canvas texture adds depth and dimension, creating a refined and captivating art experience.
Includes a hanging kit (varies by country).
Fine Art Prints
Printed on museum-quality, off-white matte paper with a smooth, uncoated finish.
250 gsm, 0.29 mm thick, acid-free with a pH above 7 to help prevent yellowing over time.
Framed Fine Art Prints
A refined, ready-to-hang fine art print presented in a sturdy wooden frame. Printed on heavyweight white matte paper with a smooth, luxurious finish.
Protected with shatterproof plexiglass to preserve the artwork for years to come.

What is your return policy?

All NL Arts products are made to order and produced specifically for each customer. For this reason, I do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or personal preference.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact me within 30 days of delivery and include:
- Your order number
- A detailed description of the issue
- A clear photos of the issue along with the packaging and shipping labels.
I will review the issue and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate, in line with my production partner’s policy.
Refunds or replacements are issued only once the issue has been verified. Items damaged after delivery or as a result of improper handling are not eligible for a return or refund.
