Eligibility

Products & Services

All products sold by NL Arts are made to order. As a result:

Products may vary slightly from on-screen previews due to printing processes
Minor colour variations are considered normal and acceptable

I reserve the right to discontinue or modify any product at any time without notice.

Orders & Payments

All prices are listed in the currency shown at checkout. Payment must be completed in full before an order enters production.

Once an order has been placed, it cannot be modified or cancelled, as production begins shortly after purchase.

I reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including, but not limited to, suspected fraud, pricing errors, or availability issues. If an order is cancelled after payment, a refund will be issued.

Shipping & Delivery

Shipping times and costs are outlined in my Shipping Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

Delivery times are estimates only. I am not responsible for delays caused by couriers, customs clearance, or circumstances outside my control.

Please ensure your delivery address is accurate at checkout. I am not responsible for orders delayed, lost, or returned due to incorrect or incomplete address details.

Returns & Refunds

Returns, replacements, and refunds are governed by my Returns & Refunds Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

As all items are made to order, returns for change of mind are not accepted.

Intellectual Property

All artwork, images, text, designs, and content on this website are the intellectual property of NL Arts and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used for commercial purposes without my written permission.

Purchasing a product does not transfer ownership of intellectual property rights.

Third-Party Services

My store is hosted on Shopify and uses third-party services for payment processing, production, and fulfilment. These providers have their own terms and policies, and I am not responsible for their independent actions outside the scope of my Services.

Accuracy of Information

I strive to ensure that all information on this site is accurate and up to date. However, I do not guarantee that product descriptions, pricing, or other content will be error-free.

I reserve the right to correct any errors or omissions and to update information at any time without prior notice.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, NL Arts shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Services or products purchased.
