Refund policy

Overview

All NL Arts products are made to order and produced specifically for each customer. For this reason, I do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or personal preference.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact me within 30 days of delivery atcontact@nlarts.studio and include:

  • Your order number

  • A detailed description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the item, including the packaging and shipping labels

Once the issue has been reviewed and verified, I will arrange a replacement or refund, in line with my production partner’s quality guarantee.

Quality Variations

All prints are produced using professional printing processes and materials. Minor colour variations may occur due to factors such as paper type, print settings, or environmental conditions. These variations are considered normal and fall within acceptable tolerance levels and are not eligible for return or refund.

Lost Orders

If you believe your order has been lost in transit, please contact me within 30 days of the estimated delivery date at contact@nlarts.studio.

Unless a refund is specifically requested, a replacement order will be arranged where appropriate, in line with my production partner’s policy.

Before contacting me about a lost order, please ensure that:

  • The shipping address provided at checkout is correct and complete

  • You have contacted the local courier or postal service to attempt to locate the parcel

  • The tracking information does not show the order as delivered

  • Several working days have passed since the estimated delivery date

  • There are no recent updates visible in the tracking link

Lost order claims must be submitted within 30 days of the estimated delivery date in order to be eligible for review.

Returned to Sender

If an order is returned to the sender due to an incorrect or incomplete address, rejection of the delivery, or failure to collect the parcel, the order cannot be resent and is not eligible for a refund.

If you would like the item to be produced and shipped again, a new order will need to be placed. Shipping costs will apply.

In some cases, once a new order has been placed, the product price may be refunded, but this cannot be guaranteed and depends on the circumstances of the return.

Non-Returnable Items

As all items are custom-made, they are non-returnable, except in cases of damage, defect, or error as outlined above. Sale items and gift cards are non-refundable.

European Union & UK Consumer Rights

If your order is shipped to the European Union or the UK, your statutory consumer rights apply. This policy does not affect those rights.
